We enjoyed the lovely beach and well-maintained gardens, made for a pleasant atmosphere. We faced issues with the cleanliness in dining areas, and the food was often served lukewarm. While the evening entertainment provided some fun, we felt there was room for more variety.

During my stay, I was captivated by the relaxed atmosphere at Flora Garden. The zen garden offered a tranquil escape, while the pool area was a refreshing retreat amid warm weather. Although some evening activities felt brief, the overall experience was enjoyable and nice.

While the variety of dining options was decent, the buffet food often came out lukewarm, which really puts a damper on things, especially when you're expecting a hot meal. Getting reservations for the restaurants can be a hassle, often leading to missed opportunities due to limited availability. Some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated, which clashed with the overall charm that the gardens and pools offer. Plus, the layout might require a bit of a trek to reach amenities like the beach, which could be inconvenient for some couples looking to be more relaxed.

The hotel's design is aesthetically pleasing, and the animation program offers a variety of activities. Special compliments to the hotel for surprising my father with a birthday cake and wine on his special day.

From luxury amenities to exclusive service, this hotel exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness center offered a variety of treatments such as full-body massages, body wraps, and facials. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access provided perfect opportunities for relaxation. Entertaining live performances and a modern restaurant with buffet breakfast and special diet menus completed the experience. the unique private facilities in my room, including an infinity pool and sun terrace, were a welcome surprise, and the location provided stunning views of the sea.

While the hotel had exceptional service, I noticed the language skills of some staff members were poor, causing minor communication issues. this did not greatly affect my enjoyable stay here.

The staff were superb - always attentive and professional in their work. They effortlessly managed the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and ensured the hotel was well-maintained. Breakfast was also amazing, with a vast range of delicious options being served daily at the main restaurant. The hotel's location was also perfect for easy transportation to the main beach. I really appreciated being away from the crowd and noise of the main restaurant. Lastly, the friendly service and beautiful music in the piano bar really made for a wonderful ambience.
